**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
* Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
* Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of the automotive industry
* Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
* Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying organized and efficient in your work
**What We Require (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Availability to work Monday to Friday with various shifts, ensuring that you're flexible and adaptable
* A strong connection to the greater Houston metropolitan area, as you'll be working remotely from your home office
* A minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to handle high-volume calls and provide exceptional service
