Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We're a total compensation company, and we offer a range of benefits, including equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
