Job Summary
We are seeking personable and energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing inbound call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients by providing product/service information, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for college students to gain valuable work experience, develop their skills, and build a long-term career in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule appointments for home repair companies
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Must be able to work weekends
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
- Good typing, computer, and customer service skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- PC with at least Windows 7
- Dual monitors
