Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Handle front desk related tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services and amenities.
- Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the features and benefits of our fitness programs and services.
- Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updates to member account information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Facilitate member services issues and questions, escalating concerns to our Club Manager or other senior team members as needed.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
