As a Customer Service Representative in our Provider Customer Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers that care for our members. You'll be the advocate for providers, resolving issues and answering questions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a multi-channel environment, handling calls and concurrent chats from healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to understand and identify the needs of providers, answering questions, and resolving issues related to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.

Telecommuting Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll be required to adhere to blithequark's Telecommuter Policy, ensuring the security and confidentiality of company-sensitive documents. You'll need to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. A high-speed internet connection is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour, based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. blithequark complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
