Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, and recording any abusive or extraordinary calls. You will also be expected to maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.

Compensation and Benefits:

Work Schedule:

We are looking to fill full-time day shifts only, which will include at least one weekend day. You must be available to work between 7 am CST and 10 pm CST.
