Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via inbound calls to address questions or concerns requiring additional support
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call
- Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and technologies
- Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution
