Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Illinois, serving as the primary point of contact for our specialty patients who require assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of medications to our patients, providing empathetic support, and resolving their questions and concerns on the first call. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide empathetic support and resolve patient issues on the first call, ensuring timely delivery of medications
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and applications, including Windows and Microsoft
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and support

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience, with a strong track record of handling complex customer needs over the phone
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be willing to work from home in Illinois
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
What We Offer

- A competitive pay range of $17.02 - $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and location
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
- Comprehensive training program, including a schedule of M-F 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
