About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and set your own schedule, while making a positive impact in the lives of patients and caregivers. You will be answering calls on behalf of our client, who provides payroll services for people in self-directed Medicaid programs. Your role will be to provide compassionate and professional support to patients and caregivers, responding to their questions and providing important information to help them navigate the program.

Flexible Hours of Operation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours within our client's hours of operation. Our client's hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Please note that our client requires contractors to work between 30-35 hours per week, and prefers contractors who can work some hours on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Perks
