About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
