- Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances
- Communicate with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing timely updates on their vehicle's status
- Arrange rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
- Manage vehicle announcements, material and supplies reordering, and repair survey and delivery
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Repair or a related discipline. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
