What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
