Job Summary

When inbound call volumes are low, you may also make outbound follow-up calls on outstanding accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities

- Interpret and apply reimbursement aspects of managed healthcare contracts, and clearly articulate responses to customers using appropriate voice modulation.
Essential Qualifications
