Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in California
- Be fluent in English (bilingualism in any language is a plus, but not required)
- Have a flexible schedule and be available to work varying hours
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Be self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Have a customer service attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to members
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
