Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll be responsible for completing industry-leading training programs, making outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients, and utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete our comprehensive training program to develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and potential clients to set appointments and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products to clients and potential clients
- Assist clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications and provide support throughout the sales process
- Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Competitive spirit with a desire for excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of life and supplemental health insurance products and services
- Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
