About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
- Providing excellent customer service for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conducting extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers
- Experience in a highly transactional call center environment, with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
- High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a consistent connection, with a work location set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions to customers
- Knowledge of claims research and processing, with experience working with multiple platforms and systems
