**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions using established methods provided during training
* Scheduling and changing customer appointments, answering questions from customers on what to bring to appointments, and other questions
* Processing transactions and tracking responses to ensure completion of calls
* Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
* Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary
* Ability to follow oral and written directions
* Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
* Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
* Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
* Prior call center experience would be a plus, but is not necessary

* Proficiency in help desk software and Microsoft Office tools
