If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, making eye contact and offering assistance as needed * Represent arenaflex in a professional and courteous manner at all times, consistently maintaining a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with customers * Perform the Four Steps of Customer Service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and Mystery Shop reviews * Offer current promotional items to customers and provide information on credit card applications and other relevant services * Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment, including stocking displays and coolers, ensuring prices are displayed correctly, and removing damaged and expired items * Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures * Perform various maintenance and cleanliness duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash and debris * Follow shift duties schedule and perform other tasks as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems preferred * Some customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required * Adaptability, multi-tasking, and sound decision-making abilities required * Computer proficiency required * Ability to work any shift, Sunday to Saturday, to support business needs * Ability to effectively communicate and work in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in retail or food service operations * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications * Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, and legs **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Basic math skills and ability to handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, and legs * Proficient hand/eye dexterity to operate cash register and stock displays and coolers * Ability to work inside and outside in all types of weather **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
