You'll take an empathetic and consultative approach to resolve complex issues, transforming frustrated exchanges into exceptional customer experiences. With a strong understanding of our products and services, you'll be equipped to provide solutions and recommendations that meet our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Efficiently navigate between multiple systems to resolve complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services * Uncover customer wants, interests, and needs in each customer interaction to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services * Demonstrate self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting * Utilize virtual communication tools to engage your manager or support team for assistance * Remain proficient in explaining customer bills, as well as managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services * Perform basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services * Adhere to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service **Work Schedule and Availability** * This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week * Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime when business needs require * Current business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am to 9:00pm CST * Initial training/nesting hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (~3 months), with Mandatory Daily attendance * Post-training/nesting hours may shift to later hours, including Saturday and/or Sunday **Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to work in a virtual environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection * Must reside in one of the following states: SD, IL, IN, or WI **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive compensation package, starting at $41,035 per year, with opportunities for sales performance-based increases * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) plan with company match * Tuition reimbursement and paid time off * 50% employee discount on eligible AT&T wireless plans, internet, and phone services * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where our employees can thrive.
