**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Working flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, to meet the needs of our customers
* Maintaining displays in presentable condition at all times and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
* Building productive trust relationships with customers and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
* Utilizing computer skills, including typing and computer use, to process transactions and manage customer information
* Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and being a team player
* Meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations through exceptional customer service and sales skills
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
* Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Comfortable on the computer, with typing and computer use skills
* Highly motivated and able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown
* Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:
* Previous experience at The UPS Store (a HUGE plus!)
* Retail experience and knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
* Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
* Experience up-selling and cross-selling, with a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
