Job Summary

blithequark is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Student Business Services team as a Customer Service Specialist (Administrative Analyst/Specialist-Non-Exempt). As the front door and face of Student Business Services, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an active and energetic mind, and a commitment to diversity, openness, flexibility, and integrity. Under general direction, the Customer Service Specialist will provide information, advice, and counsel on a variety of federal, state, and institutional student policies and procedures, ensuring that students, parents, and university departments receive excellent customer service and support.
