About the Role

As our first Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth, happiness, and retention among our existing client base. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with our Support and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding, upsells, and overall customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, scrappy, and proactive – someone who is willing to dive into different parts of the business as needed and build processes that will shape the future of our customer success function.

We're looking for someone who is experienced, customer-centric, tech-savvy, and scrappy. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success Manager role (or similar) and be able to point to real results you've driven.
