Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Business, International Business, or a related field (Bac+3/5)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in customer success management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
