About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond to online chat cases via the HubSpot platform, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Logistics, and Product Managers, to create seamless processes for escalating and resolving customer issues.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience as an operations/contact center agent, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
- Experience in responding to social media and email inquiries, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these channels to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- A strong foundation in computer peripherals and hardware, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Good knowledge of branding and marketing principles, enabling you to effectively communicate the blithequark value proposition and key messages.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving successful new efforts, programs, or services that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Education
