Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Live Chat Support: Engage with blithequark subscribers via live chat to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
