Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Evaluating and responding timely to a wide variety of customer issues via phone call, chat, or email. * Providing expertise and guidance to customers while educating them on products, services, and technology. * Answering inquiries from customers regarding products, procedures, regulations, and fees. * Completing all account maintenance issues in a timely manner. * Processing customer video banking machine transactions accurately and efficiently while providing high-level customer service. * Handling all phases of teller transactions including checking, savings, and loans within designated limits. * Examining and ensuring validity of all requested transactions/interactions. * Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all bank products and services. * Developing and maintaining a strong technical knowledge of the core banking system. * Verifying endorsements as required by teller operational policies. * Reporting suspicious activity through proper channels. * Adhering to and applying all operational policies and procedures, complying with all Federal and State regulations. * Generating new business to assist in meeting profitability goals. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. * 1 year of previous experience in retail sales or customer service required; 1 year of experience in a financial institution preferred. * Ability to maintain a professional image and handle stressful situations calmly. * Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to multi-task using multiple software systems and monitors. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong listening skills. * Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry. **Nice-to-haves** * Experience in retail sales or customer service with a financial institution. * Familiarity with banking products and services. * Experience with core banking systems. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Affordable Medical/Vision/Dental Coverage * Flexible Dependent Care Account * Health Savings Account (with employer contributions) * Prescription Drug Plan * Employee Wellness Initiatives (physical/mental/financial) * Health Management Reimbursement Program * Short Term/Long Term Disability * Life Insurance * Tuition Reimbursement * Competitive Pay and Bonus Program * 401k (with employer match) * Generous Paid Time Off including 10 1/2 holidays. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
