Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability.
- Evaluate data needs for assigned projects, determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal clients.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to internal clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad), Hadoop, Oracle, and Crystal Reporting.
