Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management of central mailboxes, including request triage, coverage/assignment matrices updates, and general maintenance
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for key tasks and workstreams
- Analyze tracking data for areas requiring follow-up or update, and engage with work item owners for resolution
- Manage data/document retention, as necessary
- Document relevant meeting discussion points and takeaways; assist in follow-up
Qualifications and Skills
