Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team, working remotely from Alaska. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency
