Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for entering data accurately into our system using provided images, identifying and categorizing document types, and reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets our quality standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into our system using provided images, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and categorize document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Review and verify data to ensure it meets our quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.

What We Offer
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time positions available. We prefer full-time candidates, but we are open to discussing flexible scheduling options to meet your needs. Our shifts are available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, and we require a minimum of 20 hours per week.
