Job Overview: Dental Billing Success Consultant
As a Dental Billing Success Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dental billing services to our clients. You will be responsible for providing Dental Billing, Insurance Verification, Patient Billing, and other services, all from the comfort of your own home office. This is an incredibly valuable role that creates relationships with our clients, provides them with peace of mind, and allows their office team to focus on other tasks while we take care of their billing and other needs behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional dental billing services to our clients, including claim submission, insurance payment posting, and contractual adjustment posting
- Build strong relationships with our clients and provide them with personalized support and guidance
- Work independently to meet our Brand Promises, including collecting 100% of what is rightfully owed, submitting clean claims within 24 hours, and posting payments accurately within 24 hours
- Collaborate with our team of experienced Lead Success Consultants and Team Leaders to navigate the needs of our clients and create processes to fulfill our Brand Promises
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in dental billing and insurance verification
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of dedicated dental billing experience, with a preference for experience in the last 12 months
- Proficiency in at least one dental practice management software
- A dedicated work space, reliable computer meeting our IT requirements, printer, and high-speed internet
- Strong knowledge of dental billing principles, including claim submission, insurance payment posting, and contractual adjustment posting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients
- Self-directed and able to work independently, with a strong ability to set goals and prioritize tasks
