Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business procedures and risk management solutions that utilize business or consumer department data. You will work closely with our technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management approaches and business procedures, and you will identify and assess new data sources that can add value to our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also need to have at least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement, as well as experience working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams. Additionally, you will need to have experience with MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as experience with Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferred qualifications for this role include experience with project management, driving business change, and reengineering systems, as well as experience with financial and data analysis, and business process improvement. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
