Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs, abilities, and interests of students assigned to your classes.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, social growth, and emotional well-being.
- Establish clear learning objectives and guide students toward achieving curriculum goals, aligning with district philosophy and instructional objectives.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid New Jersey Teacher of English (secondary) certificate or certificate of eligibility.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in teaching ELA to diverse student populations.
