Key Responsibilities

As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding and training to customer support, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewals and expansion. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from CXOs to data practitioners, and to serve as a trusted advisor, helping our customers to understand the full potential of our product and conceptualize new use cases and solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or a similar field, with a proven track record of working with Enterprise and Strategic customers. You should have experience owning Net Retention Rate (NRR), driving expansion, and increasing customer lifetime value within accounts.
