Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Life Agent to join our team. As a Life Agent, you'll be responsible for selling life insurance policies, annuities, and other financial products to individuals and families. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry, with no prior experience required. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Sell life insurance policies, annuities, and other financial products to individuals and families
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics to achieve business growth and revenue goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old (this is a federal requirement)
- Pass a state background check (no felonies)
- Be self-disciplined and self-accountable
- Be trustworthy and honest
- Be willing to live within the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While prior insurance industry experience is not required, it's a plus. If you have experience in sales, marketing, and business, you'll be at an advantage in this role. Additionally, if you possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, you'll be well-suited to this position.
