About the Role: Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst
We're seeking an experienced and analytical professional to fill the role of Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst. Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Contact Center Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a contact center environment is essential.
- Customer Service Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Data Analytics Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a related field is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
