About the Role
As Saela's Founding Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the development of our platform, ensuring it delivers on our mission while scaling for future growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Platform: Oversee the creation of a robust app that addresses various consumer needs, ensuring high functionality and minimal errors.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in tech senior roles, ideally with experience in startups or mission-driven organizations.
- Technical expertise in building scalable platforms, with knowledge of blockchain technology, app development (e.g., React, Flutter), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic vision and proven ability to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Leadership experience and a track record of building and leading high-performing tech teams.
