Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their requirements. This will involve regular communication, negotiation, and influencing to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Industry Specialization: Utilize your expertise in one or more of our specified domains to source and place top-tier candidates. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, talent availability, and client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, talent availability, and client requirements. This will involve researching market data, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of building a personal book of business and achieving significant placement targets.
