Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, obtaining and verifying patient information, creating orders, and scheduling patient equipment deliveries. You will also educate patients on their financial responsibilities and provide exceptional customer service.
