Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web, addressing billing, insurance, product, and service inquiries.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer questions, proactively identifying solutions to ensure seamless interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is required.
- Exceptional Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our pharmacy platform, ensuring they can access the resources they need.

Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
- Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role.
