Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our customers.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
