Work Synopsis
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide array of information indexes used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Under moderate supervision, applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from various sources to gain insights into key business issues and expectations.
- Creating arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicating results to a diverse range of audiences.
- Utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis.
- Regularly utilizing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and evidence-based management to drive decision-making.
- Guiding less senior staff, working in cross-functional projects, and regularly presenting to the management team.
Essential Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- A bachelor's degree in data systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics.
- Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Abilities/Information/Experience Considered an Asset
In addition to the essential capabilities, the following abilities, information, or experience will be considered an asset:
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry.
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
- Microsoft Blue.

- Alteryx.
- Python/R.
- Automation.
- Income Information.
- Basic Accounting Information.
