**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products that exceed our customers' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs
* Work with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to ensure that software solutions meet business objectives and customer needs
* Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following careerzynith's coding standards and best practices
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that software solutions meet careerzynith's quality standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve careerzynith's software products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Java-based technologies
* Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Java-based technologies
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
* Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
* Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning, including natural language processing and computer vision
* Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of Java and Java-based technologies, including Spring and Hibernate
* Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN
