About the Role: Paid Social Lead
We're seeking an experienced Paid Social Lead to join our performance marketing team, focusing on scaling our presence across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms for the Everand brand. This role will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and brand awareness through innovative social advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Optimize Multi-Million Dollar Budgets: Own and optimize large-scale paid social advertising budgets across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
- Develop and Execute Paid Social Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with our growth objectives and brand guidelines.
- Lead Creative Testing Initiatives: Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad content and lead creative testing initiatives.
- Build and Maintain Audience Targeting Frameworks: Develop and maintain sophisticated audience targeting frameworks across platforms.
- Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to optimize LTV:CAC.
- Stay Ahead of Platform Changes: Stay up-to-date with platform changes and new features, implementing beta opportunities when available.
- Partner with Data Science Team: Partner with the data science team to develop attribution models and measure incremental lift.
- Regular Analytics and Reporting: Responsible for regular analytics and reporting; effectively communicating performance, wins, and challenges.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering Teams: Partner with the product development and engineering teams to develop data feeds and LTV signaling pipelines.
- Integration with Overall Growth Strategy: Partner with other marketers to ensure integration of Paid Search into our overall growth strategy.
Who You Are:
Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ Years of Experience: At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with at least 3 years focused on subscription or D2C products.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of scaling social advertising spend efficiently while maintaining or improving LTV:CAC.
- Deep Expertise in Social Platforms: Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads platforms.
- Conversion Optimization: Strong understanding of conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing methodologies.
- Social Media Attribution Models: Experience with social media attribution models and incrementality testing.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Marketing Subscription Products: Experience marketing subscription products or digital content services.
- In-Depth Understanding of Automated Bid Strategies: In-depth understanding of automated bid strategies with experience optimizing towards CPA or ROAS goals.
- Familiarity with Mobile App Marketing: Familiarity with mobile app marketing and app store optimization.
- Budget Planning and Forecasting: Experience with budget planning and forecasting.
- Google Tag Manager Experience: Google Tag Manager experience a plus.

- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $131,500 to $212,750, depending on location and experience.
