Key Responsibilities
- Digital Content Assessment: Download, install, and test games on various devices, including Fire TV, Windows, and Macintosh, to ensure that digital content adheres to Amazon's content policies and quality standards.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with program management teams to resolve content issues as needed, providing detailed and accurate assessment notes on issue tracking.
- Process Improvement: Identify and support process improvement ideas and system enhancements that can increase efficiency or quality in our content operations.

Essential Qualifications
