Key Responsibilities
- Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Utilize our provided scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information about our products.
- Overcome objections with provided rebuttals and maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection.
- Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Making notes in our CRM regarding your conversation.
Essential Qualifications
- Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home.
- Must have your own computer with reliable high-speed internet and a headset.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise.
- Previous home improvement experience is a plus!
