Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, run the register, and provide cashiering services in a fast-paced and friendly manner.
• Make purchase suggestions and promote our products to customers.
• Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer care.
• Think quickly and offer suggestions to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

• Retail and customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform at a quick pace.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and have fun!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working in a team-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
