Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues via inbound/outbound calls and/or online platforms
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, showcasing your exceptional communication skills
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Valid U.S. address for residence (must reside in the United States)
