Key Responsibilities
- Manage CVS data entry operations in a remote setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night and day shifts.
- Participate in the development and implementation of QM Work Plan exercises, focusing on quality items and services.
- Utilize measurement and analysis to process, assess, and make recommendations to meet QM targets.
- Conduct various clinical and medical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP.
- Perform post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review survey results.
- Assist in creating corrective action plans and tracking their fulfillment.
- Develop review tools for all populations and complete data entry on all review tools.
- Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines.
- Attend QM meetings and contribute to the team's efforts.
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year college degree.
