Key Responsibilities
As a United Airlines Flight Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
- Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless travel experience
- Communicating clearly and concisely with passengers, colleagues, and management

- Maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- Utilizing electronic devices, such as tablets and laptops, to perform various tasks

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Be at least 20 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years of college preferred
- Be fluent in Dutch, with native-level proficiency
- Have a valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas and eligibility to travel globally without restrictions
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Be willing to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer-facing industries, such as hospitality, retail, or healthcare
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as English, German, or Hebrew
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
